Please join us as we celebrate the 15th year of offering registered Angus cattle from our cowherd
(2004 - 2018). We feel it’s important to point this out as we commemorate how far we’ve come and
as we kick off our first Annual Production Sale through KEY Ranch. You can learn more about us

We’re very proud and optimistic about this sale line-up and their potential. With our - attention to
detail - breeding program we believe these cattle hold a key to “Unlocking Higher Potential” in your
herd. Within our attention to detail is an ever constant desire to make sure that we’re covering all
the bases with the soundness required for functionality, namely – disposition, structural soundness,
hoof reliability and solidity, maternal instincts, udder quality, efficient fleshing ability, & fertility; with
none of these distinctions emphasized over the other but rather all interwoven into a package with
the promise of delivering success. In addition to this our attention then goes to sustainable mature
frame size, depth of body, length of body, and muscling with attentiveness to carcass quality. Eye
appeal is something that need be mentioned as well, we invest in this area with the belief that it’s
important to enjoy and appreciate the look of each individual in your herd. We select bloodlines that
will bring about this kind of dependability, make, and model in our cattle; with which we desire KEY
Ranch cattle to be recognized and sought after for.
We will kick off sale events on Sunday afternoon, Jan. 28th at Lexington Livestock Market.
Cattle will be accessible for viewing that afternoon from 2:00-6:00, with supper and entertainment
to follow in the sale barn. This will be a great opportunity for assessing the sale offering, good food,
fun and conversation. Cattle will also be available for viewing all day sale day, leading up to the start
of the sale at 1:00 P.M. Monday, Jan. 29th. The sale festivities are going to be a lot of fun; we’re
looking forward to enjoying them with you.
