Cattle will sell under the suggested Terms and Conditions of
the American Angus Association (

and conditions of Lexington Livestock Market.
Announcements:
Announcements from the auction block take precedence over
any printed material.
Herd Health:
All cattle will sell with proper health papers for interstate
shipment.
Payment:
All cattle are to be paid for in full, sale day. All payments are to
be made to KEY Ranch.
Delivery:
Free delivery on bull purchases within 1,000 miles. Bull delivery
will be starting in mid-late February and will be completed by
mid April 2018.
Inspection of the Cattle:
Cattle will be available for viewing at our operation until
January 27th, when we will be moving them to Lexington
Livestock Market in preparation for sale day. While at Lexington
Livestock Market the cattle will be on display on January 28th,
from 2:00-6:00 P.M. and also all morning sale day, January
29th, 2018.
Cattle USA:
For anyone who is unable to attend, cattle can be purchased
sale day through

cattle auctions. Anyone interested in this option should contact

instructions or arrangements before the start of the sale.
